Bonaparte's last observatory, during the Battle of Waterloo, on
June 18th, 1815.
At the given coordinates, you will find NNN and EEE. The cache
is located at N 50° 39.NNN E 4° 24.EEE.
Before you go to the cache, don't forget to go up the stairs and
look at the panorama that Napoleon saw nearly two centuries ago.
Now just close your eyes, and imagine tens of thousands of soldiers
in the plain before you....
