This cache here stands a monument for the February 28 Incident at Taiwan.

The shapes of monument were special and all of them had its meanings. The lighting-conductor like shape resembling the heavy machine (like crane) at Keelung. That's because the Keelung port was the starting point where kmt used the military force to restrain the protesters and arrested alleged participants afterward. The water might transit meaning of peace, resonance, and blood. The road and bridge consisted of some stones might have a symbolic meaning of going forward and outward the afterlife world. There was an urn located in the center of monument resembling people died in this incident. Standing in front of the urn came a pair of handprints. It showed the feeling of sorrow, regret, and forgiveness. The monument here show the memory of incident that we shall not forget. Beside the meaning of the incident, the building itself is elegant. And the park is recommended for everyone.
