In 1923, Albert Marchildon and Raymond Courteau attended an ACFC (Association Catholique Franco-Canadienne – French Canadian Catholic Association) convention in Prince Albert. This was the beginning of an organization known today as the Association fransaskoise de Zenon Park (AFZP).
The AFZP is a non-profit organization that has been incorporated since 1982. Its mission is to ensure the vitality of the Francophone community and to encourage its development in the Zenon Park region.
Its vision: Fransaskois of all ages who are proud of their identity and whose language and culture grow and develop at they contribute to the development of Fransaskois communities in Saskatchewan and Canadian society.

En 1923 Albert Marchildon et Raymond Courteau assistèrent à une convention de l’ACFC (l’Association Catholique Franco-Canadienne) à Prince Albert. Ce fut le début d’une organisation connue aujourd’hui sous le nom Association fransaskoise de Zenon Park (AFZP).
L’AFZP est un organisme à but non lucratif incorporée depuis 1982. Sa mission est d’assurer la vitalité de la francophonie et de promouvoir son développement dans la région de Zenon Park.
Sa vision : des Fransaskois de tous les âges fiers de leur identité qui s’épanouissent dans leur langue et leur culture tout en contribuant au développement des communautés fransaskoises de la Saskatchewan et de la société canadienne.
