Hi cecsgeocache,

If not already disabled I have disabled this cache because it has been reported as possibly missing or being in need of maintenance as indicated by its low health score. By now you should have received an email from HQ indicating that your cache may need some attention. I am following up on those emails to see if the required maintenance has been completed. At this time I am asking that you, as the cache owner, make a physical check on the cache and leave a note on the cache page in regards to its status.

If you have completed the needed maintenance feel free to post an owner maintenance log and enable the cache again. I will check back in a few weeks and if there has been no response to the needed maintenance and I have not heard anything from you, I will be archiving the cache at that time.

For tips about how to perform maintenance and to learn why Geocaching HQ sends occasional geocache maintenance reminders, please see this Help Center article, https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713

Thanks

ROLLAND PINSONNEAULT – CANADA150

* Please BYOP * You are looking for a small bison tube.

Rolland Pinsonneault was born on September 22, 1913 in St-Cyprien-de-Napierville, Québec, the eldest of three children. Wanting to share in the hope offered by the West, his parents, Domina and Hortense Pinsonneault, left for Saskatchewan when Rolland was only three. This pioneer story was the beginning of his great love for and pride in his Francophone heritage. He met the love of his life, Donalda Poirier, in the Gravelbourg Francophone community and they were married on November 15, 1938.

They farmed a small piece of land east of Gravelbourg , where their love produced six children, whose future they assured by providing them with an education suited to their aptitudes, ever conscious of their Francophone heritage. Over his long life, Rolland always recognized that for every just cause, there is a champion. People who knew him remember the ease with which he spoke and value and strength of his convictions, which included those to the Francophone community, credit unions, cooperative movements, journalism and politics.

Rolland Pinsonneault devoted 60 years of his life to various Francophone causes. He was recognized many times for his efforts, including being  named an officer of the Order of Canada, in 2000. He died at the age of 88 and, until he drew his dying breath, he was prepared to fight for Francophone rights.
