Este Parque Desportivo localiza-se no lugar de Carvoeiro, freguesia de Castelo de Penalva. Possui um parque de merendas logo no acesso para o parque, um campo de futebol e campo polivalente.
O campo de futebol é a instalação mais antiga e propriedade da junta de freguesia de Castelo de Penalva e foi criada na década de 80, muito provavelmente coincidente com a data de fundação do Grupo Desportivo e Cultural Bela Vista, em 1984, colectividade que foi a grande utilizadora deste recinto até ao ano ou epoca desportiva de 2006/2007, última temporada em que participou oficialmente nos campeonatos seniores de futebol da Associação de Futebol de Viseu.
Esta colectividade voltou ao activo em 2015, agora na vertende de Futsal, com a participação no presente pelo segundo ano consecutivo nos campeonatos seniores distritais da Associação de Futebol de Viseu.
O campo polivalente, anexo ao campo de terra batida, é mais recente e tem data de inauguração em 2002.
Ambos estão hoje algo abandonados já que não são utilizados regularmente como em outros tempos.
ACESSO:
O Parque Desportivo e o Campo de Futebol do Carvoeiro tem acesso próprio a partir de uma estrada municipal entre Carvoeiro e Pousadas ou vice-versa como tem também estacionamento próprio.
