Muistathan välttää kulkemista kartanon yksityisalueilla. Kätkössä ei ole kynää. Kätkölle on maanomistajan lupa. Golf on mailapeli, jossa pelaajat yrittävät saada metallimailoilla lyöden pientä palloa koloon. Golfradalla on yhdeksän tai 18 jaksoa eli reikää, ja pelaajien tavoitteena on käyttää koko radan läpäisemiseen mahdollisemman vähän lyöntejä. Reijät voivat olla pituudeltaan useita satoja metrejä. Pelaaja aloittaa jokaisen reijän lyömällä palloa tiiauspaikalta, minkä jälkeen hän jatkaa lyömällä palloa kohti reikää aina siitä paikasta mihin se on pysähtynyt. Vuonna 1989 perustettiin kartanon maille suuri, maastoltaan mielenkiintoinen 18-reikäinen golfkenttä.
Kieliä maailmassa on monia, englanti, espanja, ruotsi, saksa ja lajiin vasta tutustuvalle - golfkieli! Yksi maallikollekin tärkeä ilmaisu on FORE-varoitushuuto. Jos kuulet sen, pistä pää pensaaseen, lyöjän pallo on lähtenyt vinoon.

Golf is a popular club and ball sport in which players use clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a course, in as few strokes as possible. At its highest level, golf is played on a course with an arranged progression of 18 holes - though recreational courses can be smaller, usually 9 holes.
The initial shot is intended to move the ball a long distance. Once the ball comes to rest, the golfer strikes it again as many times as necessary until the ball reaches the green. The goal is getting the ball into the hole in as few strokes as possible. The large 18-hole golf course with variable terrain was established in 1989 at Wiurila. There are many languages in the world, including a golf language! One important expression for everyone (whether you play golf or not) is FORE. If you hear that, stick your head into bushes as a golf ball is flying overhead.
