So, here’s how the story goes. Pay attention closely, as it may be your only chance to hear of me being completely and truly shellfish. Like, so shellfish that I am almost embarrassed to embellish the truth.
This all took place on a beauty-ful Saturday afternoon. I found myself being extremely shellfish and restless. Like so shellfish, that I was becoming agitated and annoying. I demanded an adventure. I grabbed my favorite person in the entire world and headed to the beach to watch the waves of the lake. Oh, what a trying time that was. As we sat on the sandy beach, listening to the roar of the engines and the squeal of the sea-gulls. Believe what you’d like, but at the moment, that unsuspecting moment where I was at perfect harmony with the world, I heard the call. I heard a faint hum from nature calling me. My name was echoing with such a purrr-fect harmony. At that instant in time, I was so shellfish and demanded we enter the water. After looking around in all directions, I spotted a few lonely kayaks. Dragging them to the beach, I started to rush my compatriot to grab us some paddles and lifejackets.
Moments later, we were riding on the water, battling the waves. As the jet ski’s and speed boats raced past, we were tossed in all directions. Twisting and turning, balancing from left to right, we continued to push forward. Our anxiety raced as we pushed forward and crawled through the pontoon party. After slowly easing ourselves through the maze, we spotted the opening and starting to pound our paddles against the water. The Sirens began singing ever so slightly louder, calling me to visit. The water came to a screeching halt as it was smooth as glass. We were the only thing moving now and we knew that we had to push on.
A brief moment of confusion left us wandering in circles until we spotted a great place to land. Unbeknownst to us, we knew we had to dock there. We slowly tip-toed across the frogs hopping ground because we were too shellfish to turn back now. We marched forward into grass that towered over our heads as the eerie feeling came over us. Filled with emotions, we came to a tree and rested our heads against it. Feeling the envy of our Shellfish-ness run through our veins, we knew we had to stop here. The adventure was so vibrant and epic, so mystical and unforgettable. Our eyes locked and without speaking a word, so much was said. On that very instant, we left our mark by planting a time capsule here. This time capsule. This time capsule that is also known by all as a geocache.
This geocache will mark the journey that I shared with Starsthaticouldreach for all eternity. The details in the story are left for you to believe. Only we will know what truly happened on this day. So much was shared, but I will be extremely shellfish and keep the rest for just us to treasure. Things that we will hold in our memory for all eternity is sharing the sunset together as we finished our journey and seeing the joy fall over someone’s face who had never seen the beautiful son fall over pleasant hill lake after our 3.5 mile journey.

I am listing this as a 2/4.5 because according to satellite, it looks like the cache can be reached without a boat. However, I recommend chasing this cache by kayak or canoe. The water is very shallow at some points, so I would not recommend using anything with a motor, but what do I know.
