Congratulations to gregoing on finding his 1,000th cache. gregoing first joined SamIam8, R.DickGillis, Viking10 and Marcusdelicus on their trip to Central Park to find "Bridges and Arches of Central Park" thus becoming the "G" in team SRVMG. His fearlessness, tenacity and determination to find a cache is an inspiration. He is a man of few words as evidenced by his logs ("TFTC").
This is a three-stage golden multi located in the beautiful Locust Grove Historic Estate/Museum/Nature Preserve. Visiting hours are from 8am to dusk. You will be looking for a golden ammo at each stage, with the co-ordinates for the next stage located inside. Park at the posted co-ordinates, enter through the building and pick up a trail map and proceed to The Edgehill Loop to find the first stage. Please take the opportunity to visit a waypoint (N 41 40.372 W 073 56.435) for a gorgeous view of the Hudson Valley. Total distance from parking and back is just over two miles.
