- Parking is available at The Hound Mound Dog Park on Garden Ridge Blvd.
- Parking is also available at Bakersfield Park, but only during baseball season. Gates are usually locked the rest of the year. Please make note of the no parking signs at entrance to Bakersfield Park.
- Cute boots and jeans are recommended geocaching attire, as this is Texas, where poison ivy is known to grow.
