I am using this opportunity (Romanian GeoQuest 10) to bring alive another box from TheBox series - even I will not be able to enjoy the hunt I will be close to the Community through this box / ENJOY.
This box is having 2 compartments: top side and the bottom one (pretty obvious, right?). To Log the Cache you sign the Logbook, located on the bottom compartment. Or on the top compartment, depending from which side you are looking at.
A small tutorial, to push you towards the proper direction:
- Turn the LEFT knob CLOCKWISE and RIGHT knob ANTICLOCKWISE simultaneously, for 2 turns
- Turn the LEFT knob CLOCKWISE and RIGHT knob CLOCKWISE simultaneously, for 3 turns
- Turn the LEFT knob ANTICLOCKWISE one turn and RIGHT knob CLOCKWISE for 2 turns
- Turning the proper knob on proper direction will reveal a CLUE (simple anticlockwise movement)
- Keeping the CLUE on top side, Spin it fast saying a little prayer (trust me, it helps)
- Nothing happens? Well ... say the little prayer once again. Lift the CLUE together with the COVER
- Congratulations, you entered the first Compartment! RELEASE the Butterfly now (anticlockwise movement)
- For old fashioned guys try VICTOR LIMA instead of SOS. For nerds just spell it: 11 - 18
- Use the butterfly's Stick to push the bottom COVER away. CONGRATULATIONS, you may sign the Logbook
Another simple TheBox Cache? For sure, it is NOT. Too complicated? Nope - the initial design contained one more stage (really tough). It is still there, but bypassed.
NOTE: this box is a D5 Cache, so extra patience required. Please do not attempt to open the box if you are in bad mood or frustrated. Please close the Box the same way you find it.
