I Paraná Geocaching Competition

Aconteceu semana passada em Curitiba o I PGC (Paraná Geocaching Competition), em um local ultrassecreto. Durante a premiação, cada uma das cinco equipes competidoras (Verde, Amarela, Azul, Vermelha e Branca) enviou dois representantes para receber os troféus. Cada equipe enviou um homem (Flávio, Armando, Sanchez, Laércio, Ricardo) e uma mulher (Sílvia, Carla, Lúcia, Martha e Gisele) e eles se colocaram em ordem (do primeiro ao quinto lugar). Sabe-se que as equipes foram procurar em bairros diferentes (Pilarzinho, Cabral, Portão, Seminário e Centro) e cada uma trouxe um objeto resgatado dos caches (Anel, Bolinha de gude, Selo raro, Travel Bug, Geocoin). Os juízes tiveram dificuldade para fazer este ranking, pois entre os critérios de avaliação estavam o número de caches encontrados (as equipes encontraram 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 caches), o tempo que cada equipe levou para voltar e a qualidade do objeto em mãos.  I Paraná Geocaching Competition

The I PGC (Paraná Geocaching Competition) took place last week in Curitiba, in a top secret location. During the award ceremony, each of the five competing teams (Green, Yellow, Blue, Red and White) was required to send two representatives to receive the trophies. Each team chose to send a man (Flávio, Armando, Sanchez, Laércio, Ricardo) and a woman (Sílvia, Carla, Lucia, Martha and Gisele) and they assumed their position in sequence (first to fifth place). It is known that the teams went searching for caches in 5 different neighborhoods (Pilarzinho, Cabral, Portão, Seminário and Centro) and each one of them brought an object rescued from the caches (ring, marble, rare stamp, travel bug, geocoin). The judges had a hard time choosing the winners, because among the evaluation criteria were the number of caches found (the teams found 1, 2, 3,4 and 5 caches), the time each team took to return and the quality of the object in hand.
