Geocache Description:

Where: Wilderness Ebb & Flow campsite will be the base camp.

For those staying over you are welcome to use any accommodation at night and join again at base camp.

When: Saturday, 7th - 8th October 2017

Welcome to Wilderness, one of the most special & beautiful places to us. Every moment shared here is a complete privilege. Trust you are able to soak up and enjoy as much of the tranquillity and beauty you can and that is the most important thing about all our caches and events in Wilderness.

This is an entire caching camping weekend with a full 8 Icon day Saturday and Sunday. This spot is a particularly special spot that we can all share great time together.

Please log the will attends or post notes with intentions to attend. Will help us plan.

This event is for everyone so anyone keen to join the experience is very welcome. Nobody should feel there are any hurdles in being here weather lack of experience or finances or anything and would rather have everyone here who would like to be here being present.

Anyone can bring along their own food if they prefer otherwise there is a copious amount of food and selection available around.

There are numerous hikes and Cito events with a full 8 Icon day Saturday and Sunday. Many more extreme and adventure caches including water adventure caches following on from the fun had at the previous Sedgefield events.

The Camping event officially starts on the Saturday Morning 08:00 and continues till Sunday 13:00. The options for the schedule and other events that people can select from that they want to join by choice only is as follows (Please note that everyone does not have to feel that they have to attend everything on the schedule but everything is available to everyone:

Friday Evening
5:00-00:00: Bonfire Fellowship

Saturday
Early Morning
07:30 -Gentle Cito and Wherigo along boardwalk that includes 8 of the Letterbox series
09:30 -Final two of the Letterbox right nearby Wherigo final plus few extra grabs
10:30 -4 Beach caches and 6 other park and grabs

After lunch
13:00 -Wheriswim Followed by 1 nearby semi extreme water cache
14:00 -2 extreme water caches

Saturday Evening
17:00 Sedgefield Cito covering wherigo for those who asked for it who missed it)

Sunday Morning
08:00 -Dozen quick Grabs near Start of Cito
09:00 -Cito very relaxed up to the waterfall and completely Chilled day

Parking is free and plenty however there might be lots of people around so wherever you can get parking is good.

Please note you can stay anywhere in or around the town. The majority of people will stay at the camp site either in tents or bungalows but please do not feel obligated to do so.

Fees at the Eb and Flow camp site where base of operations will be range from
Camping 120 per person per night without power
Camping 180 per person per night with power
Bungalows from 300 to 500 per person depending on facilities
