VILLAGE SIGN CASTON
It appears that the name Caston comes originally from the Old English of Cattstun but the earliest reference of the name, when it was shown as Catustuna, is recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086
Caston is a small East Anglian agricultural village situated some 18 miles south-west of Norwich, Norfolk. While there is some beef cattle here the main industry is arable farming
