This is a virtual cache with a great view of the lighthouse and the Straight of Georgia. In order to log your visit thuogh, you will have to email me the answer to a question.
A hike of .64 kilometers will take you down a very good, but sometimes steep trail. Going down is easy. Coming back to the car might be a bit tiresome, especially if the hike is at the end of a long day of sightseeing as it was for us. But it was a wonderful hike and richly rewarded as sunset neared.
You will be looking for a plaque that tells a little about the lighthouse and West Vancouver. It is not right at the lighthouse because that area is off limits to hikers. From information on the plaque, find and email me, the answer to the following question. Logs not followed up with the correct answers will be deleted. Unfortunately the plaque is missing, though the same information can be found on the information board at the park's entrance.

While down the hill from the parking area, you should also check out the view from N 49* 20.210 W 123* 15.737. The hike to that vantage point is mostly level from the cache. It affords a wonderful view of Vancouver.
