The old Myrtle Beach Air Force Base has been turned into an upscale shopping area, many sports fields, and of course new housing developments. But, the bike path still runs in, through and around all of this, and is a great source of enjoyment for those who love to bike (or walk). There are several caches already placed along parts of this bike path, and now there is one more. It can be accessed from Oxford St.,if you are traveling by geomobile. Please make sure you pull safely off the road surface when you park. There is another cache nearby GC2J89P, check it out as well.
