Sv. Sava Park Traditional Geocache

An easy traditional cache located in a nice park in Niš which is often overlooked by tourists.

Sv. Sava park is located on Bulevar Nemanjića in the center of Medijana municipality. It's named after Saint Sava, also known as The Enlightener, who was a Serbian prince and Orthodox monk, the first Archbishop of the autocephalous Serbian Church, the founder of Serbian law, and a diplomat. Sava is regarded the founder of Serbian medieval literature.

The park is also home to the Church of Holy Emperor Constantine and Empress Helen, which serves as a local landmark. In recent years this area has become one of the night life spots in Niš due to a large number of cafes and restaurants.
