The Richmond Nature Park features a unique bog habitat. Accumulation of sphagnum moss over thousands of years has created the wet, acidic, nutrient poor conditions where many specialized plants and animals thrive.
This is a small lock & lock sized container hidden from plain view with space for tradables. Please do not step off the boardwalk and damage the plant life.
Please note geocaching guidelines: Geocache placements do NOT damage, deface or destroy public or private property. Caches are placed so that the surrounding environment, whether natural or human-made, is safe from intentional or unintentional harm. Property must not be damaged or altered to provide a hiding place, clue, or means of logging a find. The only exception is when caches are placed with permission by the property owner. The City of Richmond GeoTour caches are all placed or installed with permission from the City of Richmond.
