Look but Don't Touch - YYCCARF16 Traditional Geocache

This cache has been placed for the YYCCARF16 event, held October 1-2, 2016.
It should not be found prior to 10:00am on Saturday October 1, 2016.
Caches for the YYCCARF16 event are published early
so the geocaching community can plan their search routes before the event starts. 

The City of Calgary has some new public art. I cannot find any information about the mountain and climbers sculpture. But it's interesting that you can look but don't touch it because it's surrounded by chain linked fencing. I wonder if that will change in the future.
