Nelson is on the outskirsts of what is now the City of Miramichi - an amalgamation of a handful of towns on either side of the mighty Miramichi River, and the former home of CFB Chatham. This cache was placed as part of an Introduction to Geocaching event hosted by the Church and with the assistance of sponsours and volunteers - but it will remain permanent. The cache will be activated for the event on Saturday 10 Sep - and won't actually be placed until just before the event (2pm) - we're hoping that FTFs will be newbies. The cache owners are the co-pastors of the Church, so everyone's welcome to stop in during office hours (posted on the front door) or Sunday mornings (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) - if for no other reason than to visit our nursery vault!
