Master of Subtlety
The cache is possibly probably definitely NOT at the posted coords.
The grandson of one of the original Red Herrings just enrolled in Red Herring University and is working toward an advanced degree- a MS- Master of Subtlety. He thought that he should start out slowly and allow everyone to matriculate along with him. His first college assignment was to study ALL of the other Red Herring puzzles to pick up and master the past subtleties. If you factor in that there are more than 225 puzzles to study, this assignment might have taken him six months to accomplish. But he learned very quickly and in order to practice, he started with this cache. So, after hiding the cache, he is presenting you with information you need to solve this puzzle:
