The nearby peak is called Retitis and has 2021 m. The cache is located very close, at 1991 altitude, at a location with great view over the closed Sulphur Quarry.
Although high in the mountains, the place is accessible by car: starting from Gura Haitii drive to the Sulphur Quarry on a concrete road disregarding the "Forbidden access" obsolete signs. Further, continue on the mountain road for about 10 km. However, if you love your car too much, you may prefer to walk this section of the road.
Please be aware of snakes when you try to retrieve the box!
