This is a simple offset multi, it is our first attempt at such a cache, hence the simplicity.
Stealth will be required at final gz at certain times (8.45am-9.15am and 2.30pm-3.30pm).

St Thérèse of Lisieux parish is in Ingleby Barwick, Stockton-on-Tees in north-east England and is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Middlesbrough.
The parish was founded in 1994, however, construction of the church building was completed in March 2016; having celebrated Mass in various venues around Ingleby Barwick, most recently in the school hall at St Therese of Lisieux Primary School. The church is built of orange brick, largely in Flemish bond, the roofs are of slate.
To gain the necessary information to find the cache, visit N54 30.824, W001 18.950, once the clues have been solved the final gz is a short walk away.

A = number of letters in the sixth word
B = number of letters in the third word minus 2
C = total number of words
D = number of words in the first row
E = number of K’s plus number of V’s
F = number of letters in the seventh word minus numbers in the fifth word
G = number of O’s plus number of A’s
H = number of letters in the fourth word plus 1
J = total number of letters in first and second words divided by the number of letters in the third word.
K = number of L’s multiplied by number of S’s
