I Want My GeoDrone Back!!! Mystery Cache

The cache IS NOT at the posted coordinates!!!!  But, it will take you to Oppenheim Park in beautiful Wheatfield, New York, that is in the vicinity of the final hide (I hope).

But that is were I need all of you... the WNY geocaching community... to help.

My new fancy Geo-Drone, that has been invaluable in my quest for finding those tough, tough caches around town has BEEN STOLEN!!!

I have no idea who is behind this dastardly deed, but I do have some clues to go on.  After my drone was stolen, I received the following link with a ransom note and some random video...... I'm not sure what it means.... but I was hoping that you could could use your geo-skills to help get it back!!

I'm hoping if you can figure out what all this means, we can find the Geo-Drone... hopefully unharmed!!!.
