The 4th circle is reserved for overspenders and hoarders.

[FI] Iso sininen laatikko hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Pienempi laatikko ei ole sininen. Toimi huomaamattomasti! Huomioi, että vaikka purkki on 24/7, parkkialue ei ole.

[SE] En stor blå låda vid goda förbindelser. Den mindre lådan är inte blå. Akta dig för mugglare! Notera att även om burken är 24/7, gäller det inte parkeringsplats.

[EN] A big blue box with good connections. The smaller box is not blue. Use stealth! Note that even if the cache itself is 24/7, the parking lot is not.
