Geocache Description:

Part of a series taking you to some of our favourite places to spend time in Toronto.

Brookbanks Library is a tidy community library tucked behind the up-and-coming Parkwoods Village Plaza. (The centre is currently undergoing renovations and/or the building of new retail space)  Both are located at 210 Brookbanks Drive and offer free parking.

The Library has an auditorium and vending machines.

In the children's area of the branch you can find a mural painted on the wall.  This was painted by Gerry Eversole in 1997.  He also painted animal portraits on the wall at Pleasant View Library.

There is a splash pad in the park across the road from the library (in Brookbanks park.  Follow the path over the park bridge and around the corner.) It's about a 5-10 min walk depending on how quickly you are walking.
