There is some new construction going on, and this is my favorite kind!
i have always found libraries to be a great source of knowledge & inspiration, and there are many little libraries popping up all around the Ferndale area. This is where you will seek the answers to the question: Where is the final cache?
This Wherigo will take you on a driving tour of several fun, fashionable Ferndale and Pleasant Ridge neighborhoods. At each stop, you will answer a question to reveal the final coordinates. Depending on your knowledge of the area, this tour is about 6 miles long. Perfect for a lazy summer afternoon or a winter adventure!
The zones were made large enough so you do not have to enter private property for the answers. Within residential neighborhoods, all answers can be spotted from the street. The final cache is not at the posted coordinates.
Wherigo is a toolset for creating and playing GPS-enabled adventures in the real world. By integrating a Wherigo experience, called a cartridge, with finding a geocache, the geocaching hunt can be an even richer experience. Among other uses, Wherigo allows geocachers to interact with physical and virtual elements such as objects or characters while still finding a physical geocache container. Wherigo Tips Wherigos are still evolving. This cartridge was tested on an iPhone 5, iPhone 6SE, Samsung Galaxy S3 and an Oregon 450T. If you have any trouble, here are a few tips:
* If you see an image but no text, scroll down.
* There is a lot of tree cover. If you "stop tracking" when heading to the zone, walk away and walk back.
* If your smartphone freezes, quit the cartridge, start it again and "resume" your game
