In celebration of finding the last remaining hide in Briones Regional Park, I've hidden a series of caches in the park itself. Many of the caches were placed in "why is there no cache here" or "I wonder what this trail leads to" type spots, so hopefully even Briones veterans will see parts of the park they've never seen or rarely visited. And be prepared for normal Briones caching issues (thistles, possible poison oak, ticks, etc.) Enjoy!
Note that this cache was placed prior to the creation of its puzzle, so don't expect anything particularly themed.

Puzzle notes: Blooms are not in puzzle order (they are alphabetically ordered by clue), may start anywhere within the bloom, and can go either CW or CCW. Rows are given in order from top to bottom and left to right. And while canonically these puzzles have just two clues per row, I was not able to achieve that here. The number of clues per row does not have anything to do with the meta answer to the puzzle.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
For the first three finders, there are three unused trackables (please take one each).
And (again) I owe a massive thank you to teamajk for playtesting and improving the puzzle. Thanks.
