Tällä paikalla oli YH:n aikana valmisteltu suomalaisten viivytyslinja. Vihollisen hyökättyä Suomeen siirtyivät suomalaiset Myllypuron viivytyslinjalle. Paikalla käytiin tulitaisteluja suomalaisten ja venäläisten joukkojen välillä. Venäläisten ryhtyessä saartamaan paikkaa eteläpuolelta suomalaisjoukot vetäytyivät Purasjoelle.
Kätkö on PET-putkilo, jossa kyvä ja vihko. Kätkö naps ja kops- mallia. Lähellä ei ole virallista pysäköintipaikkaa. Pikainen pysäköinti tien laitaan suurta varovaisuutta noudattaen ja omalla vastuulla. Kesäaikaan autoja saattaa olla liikenteessä…useampikin. Lähellä on paikallisen metsästysseuran majan liittymä…alue on tosin yksityinen.
