If you finished getting the challenge caches on Saturday but didn't get a chance to pick up your coin, they will be available for pickup today.
After a snack, we will hike around the park picking up trash in an area of park needing attention were we will give back to the State Park making more areas cleaner than before we were there. So bring gloves, sunscreen, water, mosquito repentant and perhaps a walking stick. We will have a little water. We will clean a place you didn't see while at the Mega Coin event, the place where Lewis and Clark area shot bearings at this confluence, and the methods used but Lweis and Clark for mapping the Louisiana Purchase, then we will get a discription of the Confluence Project art project put here by Maya Lin this total clean up is only 1/2 mile. The area is open to the public in the park and the area wasn't part of our event area. Locals rarely know of its significants of this littered area. A Friends of Sacajawea rep will help guild us with this clean up event while showing you the history of the park. Afterwards, we, head to our next assigned geocaching or home location! Happy CITOing!
Remember to CITO all year and we hope to see you next year.
You will need a discover pass to enter park. Parking on side of road outside park is not allowed! Honestly! It will be towed, sorry.
Please log your visit and number in party so we can get our food order right.
