The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since our last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. Under directions from HQ, if the cache was archived for maintenance issues, it will not be unarchived. If you wish to replace it you will have to do so with a new listing.

** This cache name and description was edited on August 2nd, 2016, in order to continue with a project for the "Federation des Francophones de Saskatoon."

This cache is near a bus stop in Saskatoon.

This cache is located near the Coopérative d’habitation Villa Bonheur. This place is a part of the Francophone Urban Village of Saskatoon. Since the creation of Conseil de la Coopération de la Saskatchewan in 1946, a lot of Francophone cooperatives have been established. This is the case for Villa Bonheur, which was built in 1985. Should be an easy find. Please bring tweezers so you don't ruin the log. It is placed for SCAR2016. It should not be sought out until May 27/2016 at 5:30 PM. Any and all logs before then will be deleted and stomped on multiple times with ice cleats. Happy Caching! Près de la géo-cache se trouve la Coopérative d’habitation Villa Bonheur. Cet endroit fait partie du Village Urbain Francophone de Saskatoon. Depuis la création du Conseil de la Coopération de la Saskatchewan, en 1946, une multitude de coopératives furent établies par des francophones de la province. La Villa Bonheur, construite vers 1985, est l’une d’entre elles. Elle devrait être facile à trouver. S.V.P., apportez une pince à épiler pour ne pas abîmer le log. La géo-cache est cachée pour le SCAR2016. Elle devrait seulement être cherchée après le 27 mai 2016 à 17 h 30. Les logs inscrits avant cette date seront supprimés et piétinés plusieurs fois avec des chaussures à crampons. Bonne géo-cache !
