Denna byggnad består av utställningspaviljongen som representerade Sverige på världsutställningen Expo -92 i Sevilla. Paviljongen byggdes i Timrå och flyttades till Grythyttan 1993 och blev Restaurang- och hotellhögskolan där Carl Jan Granqvist är drivkraft. Paviljongen är idag omvandlad till ett centrum för mat, dryck och måltidens form. Exteriören på huset är densamma som i Sevilla men dess inre är anpassat till dagens verksamhet.
Idag finns två aktörer som bedriver olika verksamheter. Restaurang- och hotellhögskolan (Örebro Universitet) bedriver universitetsutbildning inom måltidskunskap och värdskap samt forskning i måltidskunskap. Den andra aktören har hand om restaurang, butik, företagsaktiviteter, guidningar och mycket annat.
This building consists of the exhibition pavilion that represented Sweden at Expo -92 in Seville. The pavilion was built in Timrå and moved to Grythyttan in 1993 and became the Restaurant and hotel college where Carl Jan Granqvist is the driving force. The pavilion is now converted into a center for food, drink and meal. The exterior of the house is the same as in Seville but its interior is adapted to today's business.
Today there are two actors who runs various activities. Restaurant and hotel college (University of Örebro) is engaged in university education in culinary arts and hospitality as well as research in the culinary arts. The second operator manages restaurant, shop, business activities, guided tours and more.
