The Gulfport Visitor Center is located next to Grass Lawn, a famous home on the beach in Gulfport that was destroyed during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and was rebuilt and is used as a community center today. Because the container is located inside the Visitor Center, you can only go after it when the center is open, generally Tuesday through Saturday between 10am and 6pm, although you may have the best luck finding someone there in the morning hours.
