Not your typical Lake Massabeic cache. No fire road access. No trail. No nice views.
Plenty of room to pull off the road to park and start your bushwhack down a steep, leaf covered decline, navigating around some large rocks and occasional downed tree until you get to the swamp. Waders or tall, waterproof boots may or may not be helpful - unless you don't mind your shoes and pants getting wet and muddy. If you find yourself ill-equipped, you may be able to fashion a traversible set of sticks, but I would recommend locating the walking stick I have hidden nearby to assist with balance while making your crossing.
Bring tweezers. Sign log IF you're able to find the cache. If you do not sign the log I will delete your find. A photo is not acceptable to claim a find. The terrain and difficulty accurately reflect the challenge that getting to, finding and retrieving this cache should be.
No spoilers or hints in logs or photos please. Happy hunting!
