Geocache Description:

Sometimes the power of haunted spirits will hold up construction. In the large house you see west of the cache it was thought spirits were removed. With money spent and designs approved the powers to be have haunted every contractor that enters its doors. Maybe the spiritual occupants aren't ready for a Bed and Breakfast!
