Geocache Description:

This is the second Ham Radio Summit on the Hill SOTA cache. Short scramble up some pretty sturdy rocks from the parking area but not a hard climb. Then just walk to the cache from there. Beautiful views from here! You can see Mt. Charleston to the NW and Lake Mead to the SW. Some cool looking rocky ledges all around. Wanted to get the Bench Mark on the adjacent hill with the radio towers but after seeing it, I think not!! Happy caching and remember it is a desert out there so be careful.

There are a lot of dirt roads off this hwy so the coords for the dirt road we turned off on are, N36.323364 W114.944776. It is a rough road in places so 4 wheel drive is recommended. The first part of the road is sort of trashy and sorry about that, but once you get past that it is not so bad.
