This cache is located near the trail-side fitness equipment. It's pretty easy for you to blend in as you are searching for this one, as there are signs to read and exercises to do 
. Once you find the cache, it may be a little more tricky to retrieve it without being suspicious, so check both ways on the trail before you go to make the actual grab. Depending on your height, it might be best to 'get right into it' to nab this one.
Be sure to get everything back in its place: container hanging flat and the cover in the fully down position.
