TiaLeah and I have been researching our family history. We have discovered that Peter Bluntzer is my 3 times great grandfather on my grandmother's maternal side. When we do our ancestery stuff we like to visit the graves our ancestors. Peter and other relatives are buried here. Peter Bluntzer and his wife Theresa (who is buried in Meyersville) are from Alsace, France and are the first from this branch of the family tree to settle Texas. They were with the first group of settlers who were on their way to settle Castroville, but Theresa had an accident and they had to stop traveling in what is now known today as Meyersville. After Theresa has passed, we think that their son Nicholas had Peter move here to San Patrico and live. We noticed that this cemetery didn't have a cache so I wanted to place one here to commerate the pioneer spirit of the patriarch of the Blunzter family of Texas. If he had not done so, TiaLeah, my son Shake-N-Bake!, his two daughters and I may not exist as we do today.
You are looking for a snap top camo'd matchstick type container with log only, so BYOP. It is wired to the fence behind Peter Bluntzer's headstone. There is our family's Team STKSauce pathtag for the FTF. As usual please be repectful of those resting in peace. Cache on my fellow cachers!
