Please be conscious of muggles! Do not remove the stamp it stays with the geocache, thank-you and enjoy!
Valentine's Day! In the depths of winter it's a holiday that can warm your heart and spirit at a time when people probably can use a break from the chill of snow and ice. Whether you're spending it with a loved one, your family or friends Valentine's Day always has the potential to be fun, or at the very least there's always an over abundance of chocolates, ha.
When I think of geocaching what comes to my mind is all the cool places it's brought me, even on Staten Island. I've been exploring the trails here since I was a kid and yet I've discovered so many new trails and parks just by someone simply placing a geocache someplace new; Allison Park, Jones Woods, Eibs Kettle, Todt Hill, Whitney's Woods, Evergreen Park, Acme Pond, Sweetbrook, Lemon Creek Park... there's just so many new places I've been that I might not have ever known about if there wasn't a cache there so maybe, in a way, geocaching is kinda a love letter to the trails, and that's pretty cool.
My love DawnAIC: forever Team Angel... 💘
Ha, anyway, I didn't want to bore anyone with anything too sappy for the description and I think I've accomplished that so go out there and enjoy!
