Keystone: Thank you to Puppyman and Quest Master for bringing this cache to my attention. I am familiar with it, having found the cache under my player account. I concur that it violates the listing guidelines as currently in effect. Had the owner responded to the prior logs, the cache could've been fixed up (hopefully without resorting to grafitti) and the proximity violation would've been grandfathered.
But with an absent owner, I think archiving this cache makes the best sense. If someone's in the park finding the other caches, they might check for geo-litter at the final location.
