This is a virtual cache. You are searching for Coffin Rock, the location shown in "The Blair Witch Project" where some murders took place and where Heather read the legend.
To verify your find, take your picture with GPS in hand outside Coffin Rock. See the attached photo of Coffin Rock.
After this cache, you can go North on Black Rock Road and see where Josh parked the car (just a short distance on the right) and the small shed off to the left.
