CLB - ClearBrook Road in the Southwestern corner of the Cross Westchester Executive Park. A PNG or you could park and stay.
This should be a pretty easy find in a location that could vary from no muggle activity to very high, depending on when you attempt. It should be accessible year-round. Snow would up the difficulty level but would not make it impossible. While in a seemingly nondescript area, there are buildings in this executive park that are worth exploring. I recently replaced the original cache, new container should have a small pencil. NOTE: New log placed with original cache.
