With a Generation of men and women that were raised around electronics, there are many who have never owned a set of tools. If they get a flat tire, they call a tow service. If a pipe burst, they call a Plummer. Whatever the problem may be they rely on the ability of others to fix the problem.
This cache has been placed in commemoration of those who still know what it is to turn a wrench. I've turned wrenches since I was a child and it's a trait that's been a blessing throughout life in so many different areas.
This Geocache is located just off the Public Square in Waynesboro, TN in the parking lot of a business. This is an urban cache. Muggles may be present so stealth might be required.
The Coordinates should get you right to the loaction. BYOP. It is located next to a road so a little care is needed if children are present. ALSO: Cache is not located behind bent panel. A cached bent the panel looking for the cache and damaged sign. The cache is NOT behind or inside any panel, it is located in the open and nothing has to be removed to see it.
