I've played through a few times myself, my best day was 100, well above par, it's not an easy course. Through the fence is a large sandtrap where you may see some frustrated golfers hacking away, cover the kids ears!
Cache is not on private property nor inside the fence of the golf course. Room for swag, there should be a pen inside. P&G, there is a bike path and it is wheelchair accessible. Note that myself and other cachers have found the GPS to be very bouncy around here but be patient and it will settle in. Please, as always, rehide the cache securely and with good cover so it's not visible to any passerby muggles on foot, bike or car.
