Du vil neppe finne så mange diamanter, smaragder eller rubiner i eller like ved cachen. Bakgrunnen for navnet er at cachen ligger ovenfor et boligfelt der veiene har navn etter edelsteiner; Diamantveien, Smaragdveien, Rubinvegen, Opalvegen, Agatvegen, Turkisvegen, Ametystvegen, Beryllvegen, Topasvegen og Jadevegen. Feltet ble i hovedsak bygd ut i perioden 1989-2000. Det har i lang tid vært planer om et boligfelt i og ved det gamle steinbruddet, men det har trukket ut med bygging her.
Cachen er en klaffeboks med følgende originalt innhold: Loggbok, blyant, noen små bytteting, FTF-sertifikat og litt adventsgodterier.

You will hardly find many diamonds, emeralds or rubies in or close to the cache. The background for the name is that the cache is located above a housing estate where the roads are named after precious stones; Diamantveien (Diamond Road), Smaragdveien (Emerald Road), Rubinvegen (Ruby Road), Opalvegen (Opal Road), Agatvegen (Agate Road), Turkisvegen (Turquoise Road), Ametystvegen (Amethyst Road), Beryllvegen (Beryl Road), Topasvegen (Topaz Road) and Jadevegen (Jade Road). The field was mainly developed during the period 1989-2000. There have for a long time been plans for a housing estate in and around the old quarry, but it has pulled out about this project.
The cache is a small box and contains initially logbook, pencil, some small trading items, FTF certificate and some advent sweets.
