I am sitting here at the Coop, waiting for the wheat to come in. I can see the ATSF Depot, that has been converted to a museum from my window. I decided I would run over and set it up as a virtual.
Years ago, when I first started working at the Coop, the Depot was still in operation. When we loaded grain hopper cars we would have to go over and have the agent fill out the bill of ladings. It was later converted over to a museum, which I am embarrassed to say I have never visited.
Well now you have a reason to come and check it out and tell me what you think. There is also a water fountain in the area that we built a few years ago, and the new clock tower just down the street. Come check us out!
