I'm archiving your cache as it has been disabled for more than a one month and it is lost, completely damaged or inappropriate. Caches should be visited and maintained within 30 days after disabling.
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.
If there are still leftovers from container I would appreciate if other players could collect them so that there is no trash in the nature.

[LV] Agrāk netālu bija liels betona uzraksts BETONS. Tagad te ir citādas betona konstrukcijas. Nav jāiet teritorijā/aiz sētām.
[EN] There were large concrete letters nearby, spelling out BETONS (concrete in Latvian). Now there are other things made out of concrete here. No need to enter any premises/go behind any fences.
[LV] Vangaži ir pilsēta Inčukalna novadā, A2 šosejas malā. Sākotnēji muiža, bet piecdesmitajos gados pēc grants atradņu atklāšanas te uzcelta betonrūpnīca. Ražoja dzelzsbetona konstrukcijas, gāzbetona blokus. Pašos Vangažos un to apkaimē joprojām vērojama liela dzelzsbetona un gāzbetona celtņu, celiņu un citu objektu bagātība. Pēc PSRS sabrukuma monolītā rūpnīca samazināja ražošanas apjomus un dažādoja piedāvājumu - ielas otrā pusē varat nopirkt bruģi. Rūpnīcas teritorijā tagad mitinās dažādi uzņēmumi, ieskaitot metāla konstrukciju ražotāju Izoterms.

[EN] Vangaži is a city in Inčukalns district, at the A2 highway. Initially a manor, but after gravel deposits were discovered in 1950ies, a concrete factory was built there. It produced reinforced concrete, aerated conrete blocks. In Vangaži and nearby one can still observe a lot of reinforced concrete and aerated concrete buildings, footways and other objects. After the collapse of the USSR, the factory shrank in size and added more produce types - on the other side of the street you could buy some sett stones. In the territory of the factory there are more companies now, including Izoterms - they manufacture various iron constructions.
Cache is in an old electricity box.
