Prilikom posjeta NP Risnjak svakako je nezaobilazna i Poučna staza Leska – jedan od prvih objekata takve vrste u Hrvatskoj. Otvorena je 4 lipnja 1993. godine te je od tada doživjela dvije obnove. Lako je dostupna od strane Crnog Luga a započinje na udaljenosti od nekoliko minuta hoda zapadno od Uprave parka. Projektirana je i izvedena tako da je svakom posjetitelju omogućeno da je samostalno i lako prijeđe.
Niz od 23 informacijskih tabli, okupljenih na svega 4,2 km dužine staze, prava su prilika za upoznavanje prirodnog i kulturnog nasljeđa ovog nacionalnog parka.
Naš cache nalazi se kod informativne table broj 8 koja pripada risu. U uspomenu na nama dragog ljubimca, nazvali smo ga Leo.

During your visit to the Risnjak National Park the Leska Educational path should not be missed – and is one of the first facilities of its kind in Croatia. Opened on 4th June 1993, it has experienced two renovations since then. It is easily accessible from the direction of Crni Lug and its start is located close to the Park’s administration building. It has been projected and created in such a way as to deal with each visitor passing through it individually and easily.
A series of 23 information tables, brought together on just 4.2 km footpath are a great chance for encountering the natural and cultural heritage of the national park.
Our cache is placed close to the table no 8, which is dedicated to the lynx. In memory of our loved pet, we have called him Leo.
