La gare de Dax, mise en service en 1854, est une gare ferroviaire française située sur la commune de Dax, sous-préfecture du département des Landes.
Situation ferroviaire
Gare de Bifurcation, elle est située au point kilométrique (PK) 147,4592 de la ligne de Bordeaux-Saint-Jean à Irun et au PK 300,5723 de la ligne de Puyoô à Dax. Elle est également l'origine de la ligne de Dax à Mont-de-Marsan partiellement déclassée.
Service voyageurs
La gare est desservie par les trains TGV, Intercités et TER Aquitaine.
Depuis 2014 la gare de Dax devient un pôle d'échange multimodale (PEM) après de nombreux travaux. De nombreuses lignes de bus urbains et interurbains sont en correspondance au sein de la même plateforme (accès sécurisés, écrans d'information, pistes cyclables, accès taxi et parking).

About Dax Station
The train station of Dax, which opened in 1854, is part of the french railway network. It is located in a town called Dax which is the subprefecture of the French department called The Landes.
Railway location
As a junction station, it is located at the kilometer marker (KM) 147,4592 on the railway between Bordeaux-Saint-Jean and Irun and at the KM 300,5723 on the railway from Puyoô to Dax. It is also the starting point of the railway between Dax and Mont-de-Marsan which is partially decommissioned.
Traveller's service
The station is served by three types of trains : TGV (high speed trains), Intercités (trains between cities) and TER Aquitaine (trains serving stations within the region « Aquitaine »)
Since 2014, the train station of Dax has become a multimodal exchange hub after many construction projects were carried out. Several bus lines serving Dax and the surrounding cities are accessible on the same hub (secured access, information screens, bicycle paths, cab service and parking).
