With Skott & Beth living just across from St Bartholomew's Church we've been wanting to do this one for a while.
A few things came together and meant that the time was now!
I was told by Andrew that the PCC no longer operates here and instead the Church elders look after the wellbeing of the Church and its grounds. This cache IS in the churchyard with the kind permission of Andrew, he lives just across from the North gate and may well pop up to say hello if he spots you! Simon Knott of the SuffolkChurches.co.uk website mentions how friendly and welcoming Andrew was when he visited the Church and he is also a keyholder if you would like to look around but find the Church locked.
Once you've found the cache, turn around to look at the two largest windows on the Church. Now go to stand between them and look up - if you're lucky you'll spot the feathers and twigs that give away the nest of Barn Owls who have made the Church their home.
