This cache is placed with permission on a beautiful nature preserve, which is mantained by the Raritan Headwaters Association. The preserve boasts a pond, several streams, a Poetry Walk, a Bird and Butterfly garden, and tons of awesome trails!
This cache is hidden on a trail informally referred to as "the yellow brick road" because of the abundance of yellow flowers that spring up on either side of it during the summer months. For the full effect, it's best to enter the trail by the fire pit, and then make the first left once the lake is in sight. There is a shorter way to get there from the parking area, which involves going past the 2nd house/office. Make sure to wear long socks when you look for this cache.
